WDC . 24 December 2005On 4th Street, almost at Pennyslvania Avenue, when passing by the National Gallery of Art I'd happen upon these two security guards. I'd inquire if I may photograpm them. The one on the left did not want his name mentioned. The one on the right name tag read W. Belchel.
