| 説明 | Poached Whitebait with Sesame Oil and Vinegar DressingNeeded more flavourings, but at least it was quite tasty. I should have used mirin / rice wine, or a bit of lime juice. The rice vinegar didn't seem go well with the whitebait.Looked quite scary before I marinated/poached/cooked them! At least the results weren't bad.
