| 説明 | It is one of the oldest buildings in Salta that holds its colonial architecture with American Baroque features.Built in the late sixteenth century early XVII century, Chapel of St. Bernard was the third employer of Salta in its early times. It suffered the effects of the earthquake in 1692, but was rebuilt in 1723. In 1782 a couple of rooms with galleries was added to house the hospital of San Andres, put in charge of the Fathers Bethlemite. Over time it bear up several problems and had to close its doors, taking different names to reopen back in 1787 and 1805.Es una de las construcciones más antiguas de Salta que guarda su arquitectura colonial con características de barroco americano. Construido a fines del S. XVI o comienzos del S. XVII. Ermita de San Bernardo fue el tercer patrono de Salta en sus albores. Sufrió los efectos del sismo en 1692, pero fue reconstruida en 1723. En 1782 se edificó a la par un conjunto de salones con galerías para albergar al hospital de San Andrés, puesto a cargo de los Padres Bethlemitas, que luego ampliaron el edificio. Con el paso del tiempo sobrellevo varios inconvenientes y tubo que cerrar sus puertas, tomando distintos nombres al reabrirlas en 1787 y 1805.
