| 説明 | A bottle of Oude Geuze Mariage Parfait 2005 vintage from Brouwerij F. Boon in Lembeek, Belgium, at Amundsen Bryggeri & Spiseri in Oslo.Oude Geuze Mariage Parfait is an 8% abv sour ale made by the blending of lambics which are at least 3 years old, this blend is then refermented in the bottle to create the lively carbonation.It poured clear golden with a white head. Wonderful fruity sour aroma with a strong apple character, almost cider like, and some funky farmyard underneath. Very nice. It had a great fizzy mouthfeel, perfect bubbly carbonation. The flavor followed up the aroma with a good sourness, again green apples came to mind, a light acidity and notes of dry leaves and farmyard. Nice, long sour finish.This is a wonderful oude geuze, sour and tasty but still fairly harmonic and easy to drink. A classic! |
