| 説明 | 120722-N-HI414-065 CHANGI NAVAL BASE, Singapore (July 22, 2012) – A Puma 4 helicopter, assigned to the dry/cargo and ammunition ship USNS Richard E. Byrd (T-AKE 4), drops off a pallet during a vertical replenishment (VERTREP) with the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Sampson (DDG 102). Sampson is underway for the at-sea phase of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Singapore 2012. CARAT is a series of bilateral military exercises between the U.S. Navy and the armed forces of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
