| 説明 | Lymph node almost entirely replaced by uniform, non-necrotizing granulomas. Although there are numerous causes of granulomas and granulomas are a non-specific inflammatory lesion, this appearance is characteristic of only 2 entitities; sarcoidosis and berylliosis. Neverthelss, stains for acid fast bacilli and fungi should be done as well as cultures, if possible. |
