| 説明 | The United States is the chair of The Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction. Global Partnership members promote biosecurity efforts through bilateral collaboration with members and International Organizations involved in biosecurity related efforts. A Global Partnership Biosecurity Working Sub-Group was hosted in Geneva, Switzerland during the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Issues Meeting of Experts July 18, 2012. Panel experts included Ms. Kris Beardsley of the National Security Council, Ambassador Bonnie Jenkins, Coordinator for Threat Reduction Programs, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Special Representative for Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention Issues and U.S. Permanent Representative to the Conference on Disarmament Ambassador Laura Kennedy, ISU Piers Millet, and Ludy Suryantoro, Advisor to the Assistant Director-General, Health, Security, and Environment Cluster, World Health Organization.For more information see the U.S. Mission website at geneva.usmission.gov/us-cd/ |
