| 説明 | There are some odd little white artifacts on the image. Barely visible in this view, you can see the more clearly as you zoom in. I removed them from the lightened and cropped-in version ("hotbluebay 2") but I'm leaving them here as curiosities. Some dust-size particles on the sensor, I think. The spots are unlike star images, they have checkerboard pattern around them- diffraction effect? one spot is about 2/3 up from the bottom, more or less centered. I enjoy masking these things - the trick is that the images are not random sprays of pixels, they are graded variations. So you don't want to just gather different colors from adjacent pixels, you need to pick pattern blocks (2 X 2, 2 X 4, etc) that plausibly integrate with the area around the defect. You can gather them from nearby but its more important to match the range of tones and direction of gradient than get the pixels right next to the defect. It also helps to use different shapes- horizontal and vertical rectangles, small and large squares |
