| 説明 | I took this shot of an elderly K'iche Mayan woman in a rural area of Momostenango, Guatemala. I was on a dirt road helping some friends fix the village water pipe. With the help of a Mayan friend who speaks K'iche, I was finally able to convince the woman to let me take a number of close-ups of her. I sent her the photos via mail when I returned home. I have lightened and sharpened the woman and made the sky blue using Photoshop. The sky looks a touch unreal, but I like the way it matches her traditional clothing. |
