Saturday, 17 December 2005 @ 12:20 PMElvert Xavier Barnes Photography_________________________For the past week, or so, each time that I would pass the Sal;vation Army bucket, at the entrance of Safeway, I'd comment to myself that the next time that I came to Safeway that I would bring the peenies that I had collected, over the past year.So, this morning before leaving my apartment for today's Saturday Photo Walk I emptied the pennies from various containers into a plastic bag. And on my way to the subway I'd drop them off to the attendent who identifies herself as Monroe.Perhaps this series of pictures will inspire others to, also, collect their pennies and other loose change and donate them to Salvation Army for the Holiday Season. |
