| 説明 | One of the most-horrible, long days of my life (got drunk at home too), sure it could be worse . . . wish I knew a lawyer, feels like I'm getting screwed.Imagine giving someone a $30k business tip and not even getting a "thank-you." I couldn't do the deal because the persons I gave the tip to aren't helping me sell like they should be. What I entered into (or what has become) an unconscionable contract with self-dealing HOA madness.I told them about two lots for sale at half the value, they're going to turn around and sell for $60k. I would-have bought them but they're not helping me sell to the builder -- builder for some reason won't buy just two lots or they expect a huge discount. Former HOA (majority lot owners/developers) helped me sell. Long story I could write a book about. Very sad :(youtu.be/D_0CMMxNINk |
