| 説明 | This was from a tour of Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin West. It was a really pretty place built into an otherwise brown and boring area. I don't recall the story exactly, but FLW wanted a winter place since Taliesin here (Spring Green, WI) would get cold. A lot of his design incorporated nature like leaving windows where sun could get through, building into the mountain, creating natural breezeways, etc which is pretty neat. I guess the place now is mostly a touristy spot and also a fairly exclusive architect school as well. Lots of triangles there. |
