Friday afternoon, 9 December 2005www.riziks.comWhen I would photograph this same window display on Saturday afternoon of 3 December at www.flickr.com/photos/perspective/69909368/ and Monday evening of 5 December at www.flickr.com/photos/perspective/70848443/ I wondered what the significance of the two chairs. Having photographed Rizik's window display since 1992 I've come to know that props such as these two chairs would not have been placed there by the window designer www.geocities.com/elvertbarnes/Riziks-WDC-Mannequin.html unless they served some purpose.On Friday afternoon, 9 December, when from a distance I'd observe these two fur coats draped over the arm and seat of the chairs I'd know then why on Saturday afternoon and Monday evening before that the chairs were empty ...Elvert Xavier Barnes Photography |
