| 説明 | Kris Carr's Crazy Sexy Diet is changing my life too! I'm grateful for cancer for a lot of things... which i see will be the object of the journey. This is her "Make Juice Not War" juice recipe. Probably the very first thing I did about loving myself and my cancer was adopt Kriss' "God pod" mentality... a reference to my body that really stuck and felt GOOD because of her fun, playful slant (which i also believe is critical to healthy living). SO many things about her book have blessed me but the first thing is having a consolidated resource of great information that's fun & easy to digest (when you are fucking overwhelmed with a cancer diagnosis to begin with, this is just GRACE!)
