| 説明 | This popular folk dance, performed each eon at the Angosterian Folk Festival is traditionally danced by the maidens of Rongob, a village on the border between East and West Angosteria. The dance celebrates the coming and going of the Angosterian State Railway system, with the maidens dancing through garlanded portals representing the only tunnel on the line. In keeping with the times all the branch lines have long since been closed on the railway system, and the main line substantially reduced in length at each end of the tunnel. The line can still be seen just protruding from the two portals of the 100 metre long tunnel, although one rail has subsequently been removed by metal thieves severly restricting the surviving rail service. An Angosterian parliamentry action group was set up in the prime minister's mother's parlour to explore the possibility of a high speed monorail system through the tunnel but the scheme was rejected and the meeting closed due to the escalating costs of the buns provided by the prime minister's mum.(In reality:- Northern Clog Dancers at the 2010 Teignmouth Folk Festival)Camera: Olympus FE-120 6.0 Digital |
