London served as the Savannah District’s Deputy Commander from July 14, 2008 through Feb. 1, 2012. He came to the Corps of Engineers from the 3rd Infantry Division based at Fort Stewart, Ga. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y., London’s 20-year Army career included deployments to Korea, Iraq, and Afghanistan, along with various assignments at Fort Stewart, Fort Hood, and Penn State University.
