| 説明 | As a cop car pulls up, this group of DC skateboarders hurry off from Freedom Plaza, NW, WDC . Sunday afternoon, 4 December 2005. What this picture does not depict is the reaction that I often get when I, a black man, take pictures. Not only from skateboarders in Freedom Plaza or demonstrators at anti-war protests but from folks in Dupont Circle as well. Or, from shop keepers along 14th Street.
