| 説明 | The contraption at the physics and astrology auditorium at the UW. Double exposure normal, and then bulb long exp.Once again, I have no clue what this contraption is for. I think it's to determine north based on the swinging ball made to swing by the earth's rotation. (sounds a bit farfetched, but it's the best guess I could come up with). There's a plaque that might explain it outside of the frame though. |
