| 説明 | I like this about apartment buildings in Seoul: there are these boxes which have long (and strong) cord wound in them. If there is an emergency, one is to tie to cord around them (see the instructions on the box) and lower themselves to safety through a window nearby. An anchored piece of equipment is also nearby, where one is to tether the cord. |
