| 説明 | This is the first tie to be spiked up--bars are used with curved lifting fulcrums (sort of like a Johnson Bar) to lift the tie snug against the bottom of the rail--then the spikes are driven in, first by hand, and finished by pneumatic jackhammer. I think some deliberation is going on here. |
