| 説明 | On a snowy April morning, decided to walk around Edgbaston near Five Ways.Looking for another blue plaque in Edgbaston. Now on the railway bridge / canal bridge on St James Road. Was wondering where in Edgbaston that you could take a shot of the Cross City line. The bridge was quite high, so couldn't see what I was taking.Although managed to get Five Ways Station and the old wall with arches on the left. The bridge was built in 1851.W Thomas and R Parry - Surveyors of Edgbaston.Towards Five Ways to Calthorpe Road.On the 636 bus route. On the left is George Cadbury's house (didn't know it yet - after this I went right down George Road, turned back and found it).St James Road Bridge is bridge no. 85 on the canal. |
