| 説明 | On the 23rd of October 2011, Moustafa Abdel Jalil, President of the National Transitional Council, declared Libya liberated on therefore the end of the civil war. By end January about 60,000 people remained displaced (source Libaid). Among them the Tawargha targeted and rejected for their alleged support to Gaddhafi. In Tripoli, around 3,500 of them are hosted in the Marine Academy. They will have to leave however once training resumes. ECHO funds child friendly spaces and psychosocial programmes for children and teenagers to help them cope with the events they had to go through. Tripoli, Libya, 22/01/12. |
