The community covenants and their application, in most cases, only serve to the detriment of fellowship and sour community relations that might reduce property value or community desirability. Generally, these communities are led by a few community blow hards who engage in incestuous group think and push their agendas but when hostilities arise, ruling boards hide behind the pretex of safety and security.
