| 説明 | 120301-Z-PP889-004Senior Airman Katie Pena, a surgical technician with the California Air National Guard’s 144th Fighter Wing Medical Group, out of Fresno, bandages the fake arm wound of a casualty role-player March 1, 2012, during the run phase of the External Evaluation (EXEVAL) of the 49th Military Police Brigade’s Homeland Response Force (HRF) at Camp Roberts, Calif. The 144th started running at full-speed today, testing their capabilities as part of the HRF’s streamlined response to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive (CBRNE) incidences. The notional scenario involves a tractor-trailer crashing into a building in downtown San Francisco and another exploding nearby, releasing a harmful vapor cloud. At that same moment, a separate unknown chemical was released inside a theatre where more than 12,000 people were attending a sold-out concert. During evacuation, a cargo truck exploded. Hours later, an illegal chemical manufacturing plant was discovered in the Presidio and suspected of involvement in the attacks. (Army National Guard photo/Spc. Grant Larson) |
