| 説明 | Balthazar, Spring Street. A great place to spend an evening with friends - the food is spectacular, the wine list extensive and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere - well to me they've pretty much nailed it. Dinner at 8 pm on Saturday night was enough to twist my arm (biting sarcasm here) to come out...My half of the Cote de Boeuf... I was too slow to capture a shot of the whole rib steak when it came out for presentation *doh*!!! I breeched ettiquete here and turned the flash on. Hey what the hell, everyone else in here was doing it...Umm, I've been doing a lot of cycling in the cold to get ready for this... and, I DID share. Needless to say I'm now back to eating lots of veggies to make up for it heh heh...Grade A. |
