Apparently the site belongs to the state government and while there have been intermittent uses over the years, finding a use for a bunch of buildings on an inner-Parramatta site somehow proved just too hard for bureaucrats and politiciansBut before every building has rusted away, crumbled to dust or rotted into composts, somebody is finally doing something. |
