| 説明 | Ahead lies the summit of the common behind the figures close to the skyline. These were three young men out for a run over these snowy heathlands and as they whizzed past we exchanged a cheery greeting. I like to think that what we shared was a mutual if fleeting recognition of worthy endeavour, what Bill Tillman described in his apt aphorism:" Strenuosity is the way of life, sloth the way of the grave". Or perhaps its self-delusion, but if it is it serves a purpose...Well done lads. |
