| 説明 | I heard sirens from my home and so I jumped into my car and followed the sirens to the corner of Van Nuys Blvd and Woodman Ave.From the information gathered from people standing near by I was told that the MTA bus was stopped by LAPD officers and the man was placed in custody. The man is standing across the street from where the bus normally stops.Officers asked me to move back as I tried to move in closer for more detailed shots. An ankle monitor (commonly called a tether) is a device that individuals under house arrest are often required to wear. At timed intervals, the ankle monitor sends a radio frequency signal containing location and other information to a receiver. If an offender moves outside of an allowed range, the police will be notified. Ankle monitors are designed to be tamper-resistant and can often alert police to tampering attempts.en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ankle_monitorPhoto Attributionfoter.com/f/photo/6510121061/d9a94c0286/arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2013/03/thousands-of-paroled-... |
