| 説明 | Monkey Bread Pizza BallsIngredients 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 4 Tbsp butter 2 lbs pizza dough, recipe for dough below. (hehe) 1 bag of shredded mozzarella cheese (or cubes) 1 bag of pepperonis (or one stick finely sliced) 2-3 cups marinara sauce, warmed, for serving(whatever little pieces of things chopped that you usually like on your pizza** mushrooms, pineapples, onions, etc etc)Dough-Ingredients: 1 3/4 cup warm water, divided 1 tsp sugar 1 envelope instant yeast 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for greasing bowl 4 cups bread flour, plus more for dusting 1 1/2 tsp saltOf course make the dough first:Put 1/2 cup warm water into a bowl and stir in sugar until dissolved. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let stand until frothy, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining water and oil.Add the flour and salt to the bowl and mix. Mix until until the flour is combined and then knead until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl. Cover with warm cloth until it doubles in volume, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Preheat oven to 400. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Heat garlic and butter over medium heat just until the garlic begins to brown. Remove from heat and let sit.Lightly brush the inside of a bundt pan (or other oven-safe dish) with garlic butter. Divide the dough into marble like sized pieces. Begin flattening your balls and add your toppings. Pinch all the way around to make sure you have hidden it all inside your tiny little nugget of heaven.Very lightly brush the pizza ball with garlic butter and place into the bundt panRepeat until all of the dough is used.Cover and let sit for 30 minutes, while preheating the oven to 400.Bake for ~35 minutes, until the top is slightly brown.Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes.Turn out onto a platter and serve with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.mmmmmmm now eat until you explodemore pictures here:featheredskin.tumblr.com/post/13894244437/monkey-bread-pi... |
