| 説明 | Once Pamela got back, I was allowed to open the parcel, Inside were all sorts of snacks: several bags of crisps, bread sticks, horn shaped corn snacks (great for dipping), dried figs, mixed nuts, peanuts in shells and pistachios in shells. That lot should keep us going well into New Year. What a great idea and what a welcome gift. Many thanks to Ana and Marisu for their kindness.PS Tanico is located nearby in Los Desamparados, they specialise in making crisps and other aperitifs. According to their Facebook entry; Patatas elaboradas en la localidad de Desamparados (Orihuela) de un sabor, tamaño y textura insuperable. Insuperable sounds good to me!NB Desamparados in English means bleak or forsaken. However, we have friends that live there and they don't look forsaken. |
