| 説明 | Since the referendum on devolution in 1997 and the subsequent formation of the National Assembly for Wales in 1999, academics, political commentators, politicians and journalists from Wales and beyond have written about the different aspects of the devolution process and the organisation. They have authored a number of important books, articles and studies offering a wide range of differing opinions on the development of the Assembly and of devolution in Wales as a whole.
