| 説明 | The dirt strip in Baraka is in the middle of the town. ACTED had just finished rehabilitating the strip and according to some we were the first passengers to alight since 1998 or before the peak of the war. A huge mass of onlookers surrounded the strip. I was later told that many thought the plane was to crash and were curious as to what might happen. The strip will be agreat benefit to the organisations and the government as it avoids an 8 hour drive from the provincial capital in Bukavu. |
