| 説明 | I wanted to find somewhere that showed people enjoying the late Sept / early Oct 2011 heatwave / Indian Summer, and when I returned to Bournville, I wanted to find my way to Bournville Station and the Worcester and Birmingham Canal.I recall seeing this section on TV's Canal Walks with Julia Bradbury. So glad that I found it. Not I didn't come here to get the train anywhere (I returned to the Outer Circle and got the bus back home).I went up Franklin Way, then down Mary Vale Road (towards Stirchley). And had a look from the two modern ramps at the station and canal lines.The bridge here is similar to the one down on Bournville Lane with traffic lights, and one way traffic over it each way.Entrance to the ramp down to the station.Behind is Bournville Electrical Substation. |
