The young lady who waited on me was quite pleased that I had come specifically to try this. She told me that she had prepped the canisters herself that morning and that she found the whole "molecular" thing quite fascinating. I told her that one of the world's foremost Modernist restaurants (Alinea) is in Chicago. |
