| 説明 | U.S. Ambassador John Bass (third from right) speaks to the audience during a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 8, 2011, for the Martkopi Special Needs Facility in Georgia. Renovation of the specialized facility was managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District and funded by the U.S. European Command Humanitarian Assistance Program. The U.S. Agency for International Development provided funding to furnish the facility. The $500,000 renovation project provides a group home for orphans over 18 that promotes independence and better integrates these adults back into society.
