Aug. 17, 2011 - Ed Bearden, president of the Georgia Army National Guard Aviation Museum, exits his OV-1B Mohawk after flying it to Dobbins Air Reserve Base in Marietta. After a short welcome ceremony, Bearden flew the Mohawk to its final resting place at the Guard’s aviation facility in Winder, where the aircraft’s Guard experience began, where the Mohawk will be put on display at the new Georgia Army National Guard Aviation Museum. |
