| 説明 | After having tried out (bought and sold) several compact digital cameras, I've finally decided to invest in a micro four thirds system. One big reason for my decision is because of E-P3, the 12mm f/2 lens, and the upcoming Panasonic 25 f/1.4 lens—and, maybe the Oly 45 f/1.8 lens. While the E-P3 system will not be replacing my Canon DSLR/several lenses, I think the E-P3 is compact enough to be taken around, and the results are quite pleasing, even with the kit lens. Autofocus on the E-P3 is the fastest of any compact cameras I have shot with and this alone is a good reason that makes me feel comfortable about investing in a m4/3 system . What can be improved is the high iso noise; Sony NEX and other APS-C compacts do better mainly because of the larger sensor. This is my second day of shooting with the E-P3 and first day with the 12mm f/2 lens. The lens is lighter than what I expected, although it's metal-bodied. I was expecting it would feel similar to the Leica 35mm, 50mm f/2 summicron, or even the tiny Voigtlander 15mm f/4.5 lens. But, the Oly 12mm f/2 is lighter; while it feels well-built, it's not as solid as the others I mentioned. Autofocus on the E-P3, as expected is very fast and quite accurate. While the quality is not on the same level as the Canon 24/1.4 on 5DMark 2, I really like the delivery—sharpness and the colors (out of camera JPEGs on neutral setting) are perhaps the best I've seen of all compact cameras. I dare to say, it's as good (or, at least, I enjoy the quality) as my once-favorite Sigma DP2s and its "Foveon" look.Bokeh is nice. But, like all wide angle lenses, depth of field is will not be as shallow as longer lenses. I can already see that this lens will be an essential lens that I will take with me on my trips as it will be an amazing for landscape shots. I only wish Oly's panoramic mode were as good as Sony's panoramic mode. I think Sony has the most impressive panoramic mode. E-P3 with 12mm f/2 lens is very enjoyable to shoot with. I prefer shooting with this combo than the Fuji X100 or the Leica X1. I can't really explain it why that is so—maybe the quick auto focus speed, the on-lens snap focus option?f2 |
