| 説明 | we hung out in, and then redesigned, the coffee shop at ghirardelli's chocolate factory/experience thing. truly revolting coffee, and it doesn't do a very good job of flogging chocolate, either. mind you, it was really quite encouraging to hear that the uk and europe are at the forefront of service design. shame i had to fly for 11 hours to find that out :) |
