| 説明 | A bottle of Duvel from Duvel Moortgat in Breendonk-Puurs, Belgium, at Hotel Amfora on Grote Markt in Poperinge.Duvel is an 8,5% abv Belgian strong ale, brewed with Pilsner malts, Bohemian hops and a unique yeast strain. It poured a pilsner-like Gold color with a massive, frothy, white head. It had a nice aroma of summer apples and lemon. The flavor started out with a mild fruitiness, typical lemon, a mild caramel sweetness and some spiciness. The finish was crisp and fairly dry, with lingering lemon notes. Overall, Duvel is a fairly tasty but still refreshing and very drinkable. A very good beer. |
