Malloy joined executives from CIGNA to announce that the company will be moving its headquarters to Bloomfield, Connecticut along with the creation of hundreds of new jobs in the state. The company will be the first to sign up for Governor Malloy's new "First Five" jobs initiative - a new job creation tool that will provide a unique set of incentives to the first five businesses that each bring a minimum of 200 new full-time jobs into Connecticut within the next 24 months.Governor Malloy also held a ceremonial bill signing of the new "First Five" legislation at the event. |
