| 説明 | The traffic speed on any street with progressively timed signals (that is not favoring one direction over the other) will be the length of the block (in feet) divided by the length of the signal phase times ~0.68182 (3600 / 5280). For example, the speed on Valencia Street is 13.3 mph because the blocks are 586.25 feet long and the lights change every 30 seconds. |
