| 説明 | 110607-F-XM360-170 LOLACHAT, Uganda - Local villagers hold a dog to allow U.S. Army Captain Jill Lynn, Veterinarian assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA), 402nd Civil Affairs Battalion Functional Specialty Team to examine the animal June 7, during a veterinary civic action project (VETCAP) in the rural village of Lolachat, UG. This is the first phase of a three phase VETCAP sponsored through the collaborative efforts of Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, the Ugandan government and the U.S. Embassy in Uganda.
