| 説明 | I'm almost finished reading Jess's new book, which I actually hadn't thought I'd read. I bought it to show support but figured it was really aimed at librarians. Actually, I found it fascinating, because it's really more about how to teach a complex subject and make it accessible to various audiences. The book also points out misconceptions that novice technology users may have and why those misconceptions might actually be fostered accidentally by experienced users. Recently I had an experience that pointed out that education and intelligence does not guarantee that people will be comfortable using technology.The secret lies in a good teacher and lots of hands-on trial and error. |
