| 説明 | A glass of BrewDog Royal Virility Performance on draft at BrewDog Edinburgh.Royal Virility Performance was a special beer brewed for Prince William and Kate Middletons royal wedding. The beer has a strength of 7,4% abv and is basically a blend of Hardcore IPA and Punk IPA with the addition of some special "stuff" in the conditioning tank.It poured a hazy, deep amber color with a white head. It had a wonderful fruity hop aroma, lots of lemon and grapefruit, smelling really fresh. The mouthfeel was medium heavy with a smooth, creamy texture - perfect carbonation. The flavor started out with a fruity sweetness, mild caramel notes mixed with grapefruit. As the fruit notes developed I also tasted some ginger in there. Nice. The bitterness seemed mild, underneath all the fruit, but it lasted into the finish giving the beer a refreshing bitterness after each sip. Yummy, this is a delicious and refreshing beer! |
