These same species are not abundant and diverse in physically disturbed settings (e.g., roadsides), which suggests physical disturbance is distinct from fire disturbance in the Wyoming big sagebrush steppe of the Idaho National Laboraty. This site lies in a Wyoming big sagebrush steppe with Rocky Mountain Juniper, Juniperus scopulorum, between Middle and East Butte, Bingham County, Idaho. |
