| 説明 | A few weeks ago, a co-worker invited me to teach an Origami class as part of a local Lutheran church's Easter activities. I had no idea what sort of modular polyhedra (I know what you're thinking: that I should expand my repertoire and all that--but modular polyhedra are what I do) could be construed as Easter-related, but we eventually settled on gyroelongated triangular bicupolas. But that's not what you're seeing here. On the night before the class, I decided on a whim to fold a cross out of leftover paper to use as a centerpiece for our table. But crosses don't stay up on their own, so I made a square pyramid to use as a stand. And as for the activity itself, it was hectic and far too short (as these things generally are.) Most of the kids at our table were too busy putting together their origami "Easter eggs" to take much notice of the cross, to say nothing of attempting one. I ended up giving it away to one of the pastors after the event was over. |
