| 説明 | One of the many beautiful birds (over 960 species and still counting, we're told). This little fellow had his picture taken by Elder Nelson. Many people here have such parrots, both big and small in cages located either inside or outside their homes. I have seen at least one person walking the street in Volcan with a parrot sitting on the lady's shoulder, not restrained in any way.The indians will sell these to you. A small juvenile will bring $20 but a full grown bird goes for $50-60. Most in captivity will speak. Some have amazingly large vocabularies. |
