| 説明 | On our first evening, we visited this well-known landmark, the "green lagoon", at sunset on an overcast day. The beach is actually a flooded caldera (or hollow cone of a volcano afetr an eruption) which has become flooded by sea water. The lagoon is fed by sea water from a subterranean channel.I tried to get a fresh angle on this much photographed algae-coloured mini-lake at the back of the beach. I intended to return in "better" light, but I didn't manage to. However, when I reviewed my shots, I was pleasantly surprised with the way this one turned out.El Golfo, is just up the coast from Playa Blanca, on the road towards Timanfaya National Park. |
