| 説明 | Data from SFPark, 3pm April 21, 2011 through 3pm April 22, 2011.The significant thing from the public policy perspective is the cliff at 6:00pm when the parking meters turn off, after which there is less incentive for anyone to give up their parking spaces. I think the trough from 6:00 to 8:00am on one side of the street was street cleaning. The street cleaning also makes that side of the street less desirable for several hours beforehand. |
