Yeah,right.At most hours of the day and night, this is the most congested toll plaza on the entire Illinois Tollway system, BAR NONE.Putting it right near the entrance ramp from the north AND southbound Tri-State to the eastbound Addams AND just west of where I-190 from O'Hare also merges in, didn't help matters any.There will be a special place reserved in hell for the person who designed it, if he isn't already there. |
